How do I schedule a consultation for an order of custom-made cookies? How far in advance should I reach out?

Please use the contact form below to reach out and setup a consultation.

It is advisable to place an order 2-4 weeks in advance, and all orders are subject to availability.

An order is not considered confirmed until an invoice has been sent and payment in full has been made.

Are all cookies priced the same?

No – Please refer to my default pricing structure here.

How do I choose designs for my cookie order?

You can send me photos for inspiration to make sure I capture your request to the fullest. If you don’t have a photo or weblink, you can describe an overarching theme with color preferences, names and/or phrases, and I will conceptualize a design for you. 

Do your cookies have nuts, gluten, or common allergens?

I operate in a kitchen where nuts may be present. I do not offer any dietary modifications at this time.

How are your cookies packaged?

Cookies are individually packaged in clear cellophane and heat sealed for freshness. You can upgrade your order with printed tags, individual boxed cookies, or decorative box for an additional charge. 

What is your cancellation policy on customer orders?

Orders may be cancelled up to four (4) weeks before the requested pick-up / ship date for a full refund. Cancelling prior to two (2) weeks before the pick-up / ship date will incur a 20% cancellation free.  Cancellations after that time are not eligible for a refund.

Modifications are accepted up to one (1) week before the requested shipping/pick-up date at no charge. Modifications requested with less lead-time will be at a charge to be quoted separately.

Moving your pick-up / ship date to another week will be considered a cancellation and new order, subject to cancellation fee and availability.
